• If you refer at least 5 new members who register for the free Homestead Personal service in accordance to the conditions listed below, you will receive a 6-month credit against your membership fees for Homestead Personal. 
• The 6-month credit will only be applied to the base price of the package for which you have registered. Any service upgrades (additional storage space, additional bandwidth, etc.) are not included in the 6-month credit and you will be charged the cost of such upgrades. 
• In order to be considered a Qualified Referral, each user that you refer to Homestead Personal must meet the following conditions: 
• The user must register directly for the Homestead Personal service. If someone that you refer to Homestead Personal registers for the free Homestead Personal Preview service rather than the Homestead Personal service, that referral will not be counted as a Qualified Referral, even if that referral later upgrades to a Homestead Personal membership. 
• The user cannot already be a member of any Homestead service (which currently includes Homestead Personal Preview, Homestead Personal and Homestead Professional). If a referral you make is already a Homestead member, that referral will not be counted as a Qualified Referral. 
• The user must enter YOUR exact Member Name on the sign up form when registering for Homestead Personal. You are solely responsible for providing your Member Name to those that you refer to Homestead Personal so that we can track the number of members you have referred. If your referral does not enter your Member Name correctly (exact spelling, capitalization, spacing, etc.), that user will not be counted as a Qualified Referral. 
• The user must enter a valid credit card in the registration process for Homestead Personal. If you referral does not complete the registration process and/or your referral's credit card is rejected, that referral will not be counted as a Qualified Referral. 
• You are only eligible to receive one (1) credit for 6 months' worth of Homestead Personal membership fees through your participation in the Referral Program. Therefore, once you have made 5 Qualified Referrals and receive your 6-month credit, you will not be eligible to receive any additional membership fee credits through the Referral Program regardless of how many Qualified Referrals over the initial 5 you have actually made. 

• If you are a Homestead Personal member, once you make 5 Qualified Referrals, 6-months worth of membership fees (based upon the pricing package for which you registered) will be credited to your account. 
• If you are a Homestead Personal Preview member, once you make 5 Qualified Referrals, you will receive 6-months credit upon successfully upgrading to Homestead Personal. The credit will be applied to the first 6 months of your Homestead Personal membership. After those 6-months are up, unless you decide to cancel your membership, we will start to charge the credit card that you used to sign up for Homestead Personal based upon the pricing package for which you registered. 

• If you are currently registered for Homestead Personal we will send you an e-mail informing you that your account has been credited when you have successfully received 5 Qualified Referrals. 
• If you made 5 Qualified Referrals before upgrading to Homestead Personal, we will send you an e-mail with a promotion code into the upgrade form exactly as it was provided to you in order to receive the credit for the first 6 months of your Homestead Personal membership.
